By far the most popular application of our envelope insertion service is taking A4 letters, folding them with our in house folding machines and combining them with small flyers or booklets. Folding your letters saves fortunes on postage costs when compared with sending out full sized A4 documents. Coupling our Laser Printing service with windowed envelopes is a neat way of addressing your customers.
Envelopes from C6 (114mm x 162mm) up to C4 (229mm x 324mm), plain and windowed envelopes can be used to suit your needs including custom printed envelopes.
Our Buhrs BB600 and BB300 employ double sheet and missing sheet sensors to ensure the quality of your mailer. With up to 6 inserts per envelope and the fastest running speeds of our dispatch services, envelope insertion is a fast and reliable way of sending your message to your customers.
